To provide students with an opportunity to learn about sexual health, a range of health professionals visit the schools in Weymouth & Portland to talk about their areas of speciality. To ensure the same information is being delivered in a similar format across Dorset, a set of PowerPoint presentations have been developed for all health professionals to use.

The PowerPoints are updated regularly and the lessons are delivered as part of a module, where the teachers will prepare the class for the visit and provide a follow up lesson to answer any questions. They are used in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Sixth Form. You are welcome to look at the PowerPoints to find out what your children are learning about, and you may also find this resource useful if the subject comes up at home and you want to gain some further information.
